Acura Vigor Electric Load Detector sensor?

Electric Load Detector:

This sensor is used on Vigor only and is located in the underhood fuse and relay box. The ELD unit is integral with the fuse box in which it is mounted; should the sensor fail, the fuse/relay box assembly must be replaced.
That the only possible option.
