How to replace Oil filler cap or breather cap?

Breather cap is usually located on top of valve cover. It's sometimes used as an oil filler cap. It either has vent holes in the cap, or it has a road draft tube to expel fumes and blow them back into the atmosphere. Most models built since 1966 use vent hoses and a vacuum to route the crankcase pollutants back through the engine.
