How to replace climate control Panel on Ford Fusion, Lincoln MKZ & Mercury Milan?

The procedure is similar for both Ford, Lincoln and Mercury car models:----

The procedure to replace Climate control panel is as follows:---
Removal & Installation details are mentioned below with proper Diagram:---
  1. For the Fusion & Milan, remove the instrument panel lower center finish panel, as follows:
    1. Using a suitable tool, gently pry out the upper center instrument panel finish panel to disengage the clips.
    2. Remove the upper center instrument panel finish panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
    3. Using a suitable tool, gently pry out the lower center instrument panel finish panel to disengage the clips.
    4. Remove the lower center instrument panel finish panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  2. For the MKZ, remove the instrument panel lower center finish panel, as follows:
    1. Remove the floor console finish panel.
    2. Remove the lower center instrument panel finish panel screw beneath the ash tray and the lower center instrument panel finish panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
    3. Remove the 2 upper center instrument panel finish panel lower screws.
    4. Remove both center instrument panel registers.
    5. Working through the center instrument panel register openings, remove the 2 upper center instrument panel finish panel upper screws.
    6. Remove the upper center instrument panel finish panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors
  3. Remove the 4 climate control assembly screws.
  4. Remove the climate control assembly.
    NOTE
    If equipped, be sure the climate control module spacers are correctly positioned before installing the climate control module.
  5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
