How to replace Blower Motor on Ford Fusion, Lincoln MKZ & Mercury Milan?

The procedure is similar for both Ford, Lincoln and Mercury car models:----

The details to replace blower motor are as follows:-------

Removal & Installation of blower motor:----

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. For the MKZ, remove the RH lower instrument panel insulator.
3. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
4. Remove the 3 blower motor screws.
5. Remove the blower motor.
6. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Removal & Installation For other models blower motor the details are as follows: ------

1. Remove the RH lower instrument panel insulator.
2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
3. Remove the 3 blower motor screws.
4. Remove the blower motor.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
